Art Fair Vendor/Exhibitor Information:

 

Costs vary depending on your needs, please contact Art & Music Emporium for details.  Easels or other display tools are available for sale from the Art & Music Emporium.

 

How the artist displays their artwork is totally up to the artist.

 

For those that only want to display one or two small items: There will be a table(s) in the middle of the room, where the item can be placed for display. School aged children’s artwork is displayed for free, adults would pay $1 per small item to be displayed.

 

For those that want to sell their artwork, sellers assume all sales and use tax liability, unless commissioned work is sold through the Art & Music Emporium.

 

The Art & Music Emporium is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged merchandise.

 

All artwork needs to be ready for display by 9AM, and needs to be picked up by 3:30 PM at the Elks Lodge. Doors to set up will be open at 8:00 AM. Any artwork left after 3:30 PM will become the property of the Art & Music Emporium.
